As a veteran of the US Army himself, Dr. aQui thanks you for your service, and is proud to offer acupuncture treatments to vets.

What to expect

Veterans can choose to receive $20 ear treatments that are administered sitting upright in a chair.  5 needles are inserted into one ear and retained for approximately 30 minutes.  Treatments are usually provided in the waiting room, so if you would like a little more privacy, please book a regular 60 minute acupuncture treatment.  We offer veterans 20% off the price of a traditional acupuncture treatment.

Ear treatments are based on the National Acupuncture Detoxification Association (NADA) ear protocol.  This is one of the protocols used by the military and has proven to be extremely effective in alleviating symptoms of stress, PTSD, anxiety, digestive disorders and many other conditions.

Some of the main benefits of ear acupuncture include:  improved mental clarity, focus, concentration and memory, increase in energy, improved sleep, reduced stress, reduced anxiety and irritability, alleviated hyper vigilance, flashbacks and nightmares, and improved mood and outlook.

Cost

$20 per session.  Patients can book up to 2 treatments per week.

Additional benefits

Veterans are also eligible for a 20% discount on regular acupuncture treatments.
